Jeremy Collake - Founder of Collake software, a data compression company. Try his PECompact Windows 32-bit EXE compressor. His site features open-source win32asm examples, papers on compression algorithms as well as shareware compression tools.
Hutch's MASM32 Site - Masm32 is a collection of utilities for Windows 32-bit assembly, including project utilities which create backbone assembly code for the application you want to write.
Toby Opferman - A solid assembly and C programmer, Toby (aka _Secret, Scrat) has great tutorials in his DOX section for all sorts of programming topics. He claims to be working on an operating system of his own, which as of yet I haven't seen.
People I don't know Chris Lattner - The site is called The Operating Systems Collection. It's a great resource for OS development. Hardware specs, filesystem information, OS theory and techniques.
Agner Fog - Agner Fog iis the author of one of the most significant documents on assembly optimization on the IA-32 platform.
Hale Landis - If you're writing a driver for ATA devices (i.e. IDE and EIDE disk drives), this is a good place to get information.

Documentation Site - This is one of the most valuable sites I've found for any kind of research. Categories: Source code, file formats (general, mutlimedia, executable, database), compression, hardware, OS development (filesystems, etc), communication protocols, network, misc.
Free VGA - The VGA documentation project. Everything you want to know about the VGA card register set.
T13 - Creators of the ATA standard. You can download unofficial drafts here if you can't afford an official ANSI copy.

Psychology - Sites C. G. Jung - A site dedicated to Jungian psychology. This site includes many online resources.
Jacques Lacan - A list of links about Jacques Lacan and Lacanian psychology. Jacques Lacan was a psychologist, philosopher and language theorist. His work has only partially been translated into English, hence his relative unpopluarity in North America.
